Who will ship my items?

We use Royal Mail, DHL, and Hermes, but may use other carriers as required. Usually deliveries will arrive from Monday-Saturday.

How long will I wait to receive my items?

We process & dispatch most orders within 3 working days, however orders are usually processed quicker than this. 

UK  - Delivery will normally take 5-10 working days from dispatch.

Europe  -  Delivery will normally take 5-10 working days from dispatch.

Rest of World -  Delivery will normally take 7-12 working days from dispatch.

Once your order is processed, you will be notified when your parcel has been dispatched via email or the details you provided at the checkout such as SMS message.

Please note: the above delivery times do not take into account any possible delays caused by payment authorisation or unforeseen issues, such as border or customs delays.

Also, as we are a small independent business, please keep in mind that delivery times should be used as an estimated guide, and will begin from the date of dispatch. However, we will do our very best to get your item(s) to you as soon as we possibly can :)

Delays at Customs - For international orders, unfortunately we cannot be held responsible for any delays caused by customs clearance. 

What is the shipping cost?

UK - Standard / Signed For Delivery is charged at £2.99 per order. However, delivery is free for all orders £25 and above.

Europe - Delivery to Europe is charged from £4.99 per order for local postal services.

International / Rest of World - Delivery worldwide (outside UK & EU) is charged from £9.99 per order.

PLEASE NOTE If the total weight of parcel is over 2kg, extra shipping fees may apply. We will contact you separately if you are affected by this.  

 

Overseas Customers, Taxes and Duties 

Please note, customers outside of the UK will be liable for any extra import duty, taxes, fees and charges that are applied by customs or other authorities in the country of receipt. If you're unsure whether these duties, taxes and charges may apply to your order, you should contact your local tax or customs authorities.

We charge all orders in Pounds Sterling. Therefore actual price charged for items to overseas customers, will be subject to exchange rates applied by your credit or debit card company. 

EU Customers, Taxes and Duties 

Please note: Following the UK's exit from the European Union, EU customers will now be liable for any import duty, taxes, fees and charges that are applied by customs or other authorities in their country of receipt. If you're unsure whether these duties, taxes and charges may apply to your order, you should contact your local tax or customs authorities.

What happens when a delivery attempt has been made?

Most deliveries require the a member of the household to take the delivery in person. If a delivery is attempted and no one is present, a delivery card will be left, and the package will be left with a neighbour, or returned to the depot. If you fail to claim the parcel from the location stated on the delivery card, we unfortunately will not be able your order, as we cannot refund items until we have received them in a returned package after a delivery has been attempted. Once we have received the items back, if you would still like the products we will re-dispatch the parcel with an additional re-posting charge.

What to do when a parcel has not arrived?

If your package has not arrived, and you are no longer able to track the item via the tracking code sent to you after dispatch, please contact us by email: info@comfybambino.com if you have not received the package within 12 working days from the date when you received your dispatch notice. Usually unsent items will remain at the local depot or post office, and we can either rearrange a delivery to you with a tracking number, or provide you with the tracking number so you can collect your order from a collection point.

Other Import Information

Unfortunately we are unable to redirect any orders once the items have been dispatched.

If for any reason we are unable to fulfil your order, we will notify you as soon as possible by email and/or SMS.
