Refund policy

Firstly, thank you so much for purchasing! We sincerely hope you love the items you purchased from Comfy Bambino. However, if you're not happy with your item(s) and would like to return it:

• Please return your item(s) within 14 days of your purchase. If 14 days have elapsed since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you an exchange or refund.
• Your item(s) must be in an unused condition, and arrive in the same condition you received it. Your item(s) must also be in their original packaging.
• Please note: Only the full price of item(s) may be refunded, and unfortunately any shipping costs are unable to be refunded.

In order to complete your return:

1. Please email info@comfybambino.com, and let us know which item(s) are to be returned.
2. Pack any unwanted item(s), along with any returns information in the original packaging/secure postal box or bag.

Please note: You will be responsible for paying any own shipping costs for returning the item(s). And please note, all shipping costs are non-refundable.

AND KINDLY NOTE: If you are shipping an item, please consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. As if your item(s) is lost in shipping, and we do not receive your item, we are unfortunately unable to refund any lost orders.
